Welcome to the 2012 Braves Registration open to All Children in the Souderton School District!!!

FORGET TO REGISTER FOR THE 2012 SEASON??

IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!! BUT... we need you to get connected with us ASAP as our season started 8/1/12!!


We need a LOT done very quickly so we can get your child registered and playing / cheering ASAP!! This can easily be done by:
  1. using this link to register online through League One!
  2. emailing the Braves, letting us know you've just registered! Braves@SoudertonBraves.com
  3. ensuring to download the 3 forms from League One as you register OR get them from this page, filling them out entirely! One of these forms is a Physical - this requires review and signatures by your Doctor!
  4. making 2 (TWO) copies of your childs end of year report card from the 2011 / 2012 school year
  5. new folks - bringing a COPY of your childs birth certificate

Mandatory Family Fundraiser—$100
 
Family Maximum Registration Fee—$300
 
Note: Costs are same for Online and In Person Registration!
  
Each Family will purchase Raffle Tickets for $100. This cost needs to be added to the Registration Costs noted above. Raffle Tickets can be resold by each family in order to recoup the $100.

~The option to upgrade for 6 people is available for an additional $ 300

Our Season
  • We start on our around the 1st of August and go through late October / early November
  • Practices during August will be anywhere from 2 to 4 nights per week (Monday through Thursday). Which squad you're on will determine the # of nights per week.
    • After Labor Day, practices drop to 1 to 3 nights per week.
  • Practices start at 6pm and last up to 2 hours.
    • Once school starts, some cheer squads move practice to our schools. For those, practice start time shifts to 6:30PM.
  • Practices will takxe place on multiple fields and parks  throughout our district based on space. They can be at our Romanoski Field (our home field), Franconia Park, Indian Crest or Indian Valley. Once lighting becomes an issue, practices will be centralized at Romanoski field. 
  • Games will occur either Friday night, Saturday or Sunday. Times vary for games. They will start around the 3rd weekend in August and are scheduled over the Labor Day Weekend.
  • Each squad has 1 game per weekend - this includes Cheer and Football.
  • In addition, all Cheer Squads will participate in the Bux-mont Cheer Classic which falls on the 1st or 2nd Weekend in October. This is a full day event where the squads get to show off their routine!
